After harvesting cereals, oilseed rape or grain legumes, targeted post-harvest management is crucial in order to reliably control volunteer seeds, weeds and root weeds. The three-bar TerraStar 3-300 achieves a flat, full-surface cut that encourages volunteer crops to germinate and removes existing vegetation. Perennial weeds such as creeping thistle can also be effectively weakened by repeated cutting. Thanks to the 800 mm frame height and the generous passageway, the TerraStar 3-300 effortlessly processes large quantities of straw, catch crops or organic fertilisers. Residues are evenly incorporated and composting is encouraged. The TerraStar 3-300 reliably removes compaction and ruts. Damaged,compacted zones can be broken up and deeply loosened – for healthy root growth and better water supply. Thanks to the standard hydraulic working depth adjustment, the working depth can be conveniently adjusted to changing conditions at any time.
